The Timothy Trojan Project is a singular, spiritual revolution in artistry – wide in spectrum and centered in one man’s evolution in music and in soul. Born in Suffern, NY, Timothy Trojan is no stranger to the road home, a place of understanding and enlightenment, nor is he a stranger to the obstacles that so often crop up along the way. In his album, he chronicles his journey of self discovery and the development of an identity in an attempt to share a love of music that has kept him on track throughout the years. A cosmopolitan artist with abilities reaching out into many genres of music, he exudes a bohemian style that is courageous, fresh and unwavering in its dedication to his art. He possesses a near indestructible talent and has spent years in musical collaboration with other talented artists, honing his skills and discovering new paths with every session and every note written in his compositions. One of his main musical ties is the position of lead singer for punk rock sensation Flip the Bird, responsible for "flipping" songs to keep mature audiences interested while captivating a younger audience with a modern sound, putting new twist on some old favorites. Further, he was co-collaborator and co-founder of the indie rock band Inner Light and released an album entitled “Truth or Justice,” a blend of rock, acoustic and pop music, which was picked up by Freedom Records. Old in soul, fierce in passion and brave in heart, Timothy Trojan cut his teeth as a student at NYU and has tread through his victories and pitfalls with the understanding that it is important to live life and play music every day as if it was his last time on earth and to cherish every moment as if it never might have been. If all of his worldly possessions were stripped and his world itself was turned upside down, Timothy Trojan, inspired by both the strength of his parents and the memory of his brother, would remain determined to greet his destiny head-on and would continue to play music out of love and an understanding that it will echo throughout eternity.
